1. Personal, specific help for your biz startup
After you complete the first BizStep, you will be assigned your personal BizStep Guide. Your guide is the best source of personal, specific help for your biz startup. Your guide's contact information is here: Guide Contact Page.
2. General business answers that apply to everyone
If you have a question that others could have also, please use our Answers & Help forums from the main menu above. This will allow us to share the answer with others so that everyone can benefit.
You can easily find your question in a forum (using ctrl-f) if it already exists. If not, ask your question there and a guide will respond immediately, just as we would to an email.
We have five general forums. They are the best place to ask questions that are not private or about your individual biz.
